In the Minnesota tradition of commitment to access, the 2008 Legislature passed a law requiring candidates who file with the Campaign Finance Board to caption their online and TV ads as well as posting scripts of their radio ads.

This site is designed to give you some examples of how political campaigns can provide varying degrees of access as well as resources to help make it happen.

The point of it all is to help you comply with the law and to get your message across to all of Minnesota's voters, including those who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing.
