Seasonal and H1N1 Vaccinations

The seasonal flu vaccine is different from the H1N1 vaccine; it was designed to protect against the other influenza viruses, but not designed to specifically protect against H1N1 influenza. Both vaccines are made in the same manner in the same facility. You can receive inactivated H1N1 vaccine at the same time as live seasonal influenza vaccine.
