Request for Information-Survey for Community Based Mental Health Services

The Department of Human Services Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division (DHHSD) is collecting feedback regarding providing community-based mental health support services to deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind Minnesotans who have a mental illness. Please note that this is separate from the specialized mental health services provided by DHHSD Mental Health Program. The results of this survey will eventually be compiled into a report to help them plan for future services and funding opportunities.
